We would like to take this opportunity to thank you both very much for an excellent course, it has helped us a tremendous amount in our new venture.

In April we started a new company, 'ALLIED APPRAISERS & LIQUIDATORS and INDUSTRIAL SALES' a division of G.P. Kowtun Investments Ltd. As of this date Greg has done approximately 30 appraisals and a number of small liquidation sales.

In mid August I resigned from my position at the bailiffs office after four years, and am returning to the automotive industry to pursue my accounting career. I am looking forward to my new position, as well, this will allow me more time to take a more active position in the appraisal business as I find it very interesting.
