the intersection of Notre Dame Drive and Viscount
Road, London ON.
The Plaza is in a very high traffic volume area
with above average parking facilities. Capacity
as established by license is 176 and the Landlord
is in possession of the liquor license for said
premises, for transfer to the new tenant. The
successful bidder will be required to execute a
new lease with the Landlord and conditions of the
lease will be available the morning of the sale.

to contact the auctioneer one week prior to the
sale. Should no Enbloc/Turn Key offers be
presented, the auctioneer will continue this
